Welcome to Neon Pop (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information and data.

Neon Pop is designed to respect your privacy. The application is an offline-capable casual arcade/puzzle game. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from our users.

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

None. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or payment information.

B. Device & Sensor Data

None. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage files, or hardware identifiers.

C. Local Game Data & Persistence

All game progress (including unlocked levels, high scores, audio preferences, and custom settings) is stored locally on your device using local SQLite/Room storage.
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to external servers or cloud services.
Uninstalling the app or clearing the app data in Android settings will remove all locally stored progress.

D. Audio & Procedural Generation

Sound effects and synthesizer audio are synthesized dynamically on your device’s audio hardware in real-time. No audio is recorded or uploaded.

3. Third-Party Services & Tracking

No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, Adjust, etc.).
No Third-Party Advertising: The app does not include third-party ad networks or tracking cookies.
No Data Sharing / Selling: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties.

Neon Pop does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because our app collects no personal information whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Permissions

The application does not request dangerous Android runtime permissions. Any system permissions declared are strictly standard Android OS runtime baselines required for basic application rendering and local lifecycle execution.

6. Security

Because we do not collect or transmit personal information over the internet, your personal data is not exposed to remote security vulnerabilities or data breaches. All local game progress remains solely within your device’s sandboxed storage.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates in app functionality or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated Last Updated date.
